Industry Sponsored Candidates

Eligibility	:	SSLC Pass (for Karnataka Candidates only)

Admission	:	During June Every Year

Selection	:	Separate merit list will be prepared based on SSLC Marks.

Fees	:	Rs. 50,000/- per year for first three years Rs. 25,000/- during the fourth year

Details of Practical Training

	Bench working including Drilling machine operations

	Shaping, Turning, Milling, Grinding, Jig Boring, Special Machining operations like Jig Grinding, EDM, Tool Milling etc.,

	Training in Inspection, Heat Treatment, CNC Machining, Maintenance, Planning, Exposure to plastic Moulding Machines, Pressure Die Casting Machines, Presses etc.

	Manufacturing and tryout of varieties of Press Tools, Moulds for Plactics, Die Casting Dies, Jigs & Fixtures, Gauges etc.

	Training in Auto CAD, CNC Machine Programming & the high-end softwares related to design and manufacturing

Inplant Training : After Completion of 3 years of Training in GTTC, trainees will be deputed to various Industries for in-plant training to augment their practical knowledge. During inplant training, trainees will acquire skills in areas of design, process plan, manufacturing techniques, inspection methods, assembly, tryouts of tools etc.

Placement : Oppurtunities for employment for successful candidates of these courses are very high. Placement records of our students in recent years have been close to 100%. A high power placement cell, specifically constituted for the purpose looks into theplacement needs of the students.
