Vacuum Casting

Vacuum Casting, an alternate route for the production of prototypes mimicking injection molded parts such as

  Acrylonitrite Butadiene Styrene(ABS)

  Polyethylene(PE)

  Polypropylene(PP)

  Acylic Polymethyl Methacrylate(PMMA)

  Polyamide(PA)

and different grades of rubber is not only capable of meeting the final product specifications with respect to function, quality, colour and texture but also addresses the issues related to design check, mechanical testing or any other analysis for customer acceptance. Production of expensive steel molds as try out tools requiring several modification at various times thus enlarging the lead times for final production have sunk in- -to the past, thanks to this technology, to say the least
